November 4th. :  Old Yang-style Middle Frame (of Y. Chien-hou)

The Old Yang Tai Chi form dates from the 1800's and was perfected by Yang Chien-hou, the father of Cheng-fu who developed modern Yang-style Tai Chi.

This older form is complex and includes many combative and qigong elements not found in more recent styles.

Beginners are welcome, but should be aware that  this will involve swimming in the deeper end of the pool!

December 9th. : Tai Chi Teaching Clinic

Transmitting Tai Chi skills can be a real challenge for any teacher!

This workshop will explore both teaching fundamentals as well as some methods which are more subtle.

The content will not be specific to any particular style.
