Tai Chi and Qigong for Health
My name is Donna Gordon.
I have multiple sclerosis. My first major attack occurred in 1998 and my last major attack occurred in 2001.
I do not now, nor have I ever taken any prescription medication to combat
my multiple sclerosis. Instead, I have used holistic measures to try and make myself healthier in general. I do work at staying healthy. Qigong and tai chi are at the centre of my program to stay healthy.
I am now 71 years old and physically active, including doing tai chi, chi gong, yoga and playing pickle ball. No one that I meet even suspects that I have multiple sclerosis, unless I tell them.
I have been doing Qigong and tai chi with Steve Higgins at Cold Mountain Internal Arts since 2009. He is extremely knowledgable, patient and welcoming.
